Providing warm, personal, and attentive service to all guest at our restaurants. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to; handling assigned sections, set-, stocking side stations, coordinating bussers and runners, upselli selling of dishes and promotions, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
• Minimum of a high school education required, higher degree preferable.
• Previous a la carte experience and upward movement through ranks required in branded hotels or restaurants.
• Previous point of sale system experience, such as MICROS preferable.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Polished and presentable.
