Job Description:
We are looking for a multitasking waitress cashier who will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash transactions in our restaurant. The ideal candidate should be friendly, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
•Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
•Take customers' orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
•Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner
•Ensure the accuracy of orders and communicate any special requests to the kitchen
•Process cash, credit, and debit card payments accurately and efficiently
•Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and dining room
•Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
•Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager
•Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Proven work experience as a waitress and cashier
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
•Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
•Good communication skills in English
Salary: AED 1500 + Food, Accommodation and Transport
