Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Welcome students, parents, and visitors with a friendly, positive attitude.
Admin Support: Manage calls, appointments, and inquiries while keeping accurate records.
Student Support: Assist with class schedules, course info, and academy services.
Payments & Invoicing: Handle payments and maintain financial records.
Sales Promotion: Promote and upsell our music education services.
Problem Resolution: Address concerns professionally and promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Proven customer service and sales experience
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Polite, professional, and outgoing demeanor
Immediate availability preferred
