The purpose of this position is to ensure, and implement regularity and control over UNITED GULF relevant workshop related requirements. The Operations Engineer’s roles, responsibilities and authorities are defined in order to be incorporated into the existing service activities. For this, UG has identified an Junior Spare Parts Engineer, whose roles and responsibilities are listed below.
Mandatory Requirements
Mechanical Engineering Graduate
Age Between 22-25
Role & Responsibility
· Overall doentation control relevant to daily activities of Store Department.
· Coordinating with Service, After Sales, Sales Dept. for deliveries and collections ( both rental & sales )
· Provide assistant to superi in planning, organizing, and controlling the daily operation and report work progress
To serve responsibly as a single point of contact for controlling and coordinating on the inflow and outflow of all day to day supply of material from branch to branch..
· To receive, study, analyze, action, follow-up and reassign / forward doents to the respective depts. / Divisions’ and track the inflow and outflow accordingly including deliveries where required
· To scrutinize obscure communication and seek clarifications from despatcher / answer recipient’s queries relating to the same.
· Assisting in maintaining stocks and updating records on a daily basis
· Ensuring access to stores is strictly monitored, without any breach entries from unauthorized personnel
Salary:2500 to 3000 plus other benefits.
