Job Summary:

We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor who will oversee our production operations and guarantee that they deliver maximum quality at a cost-effective way. Duties will include monitoring employees, organizing workflows, and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes. Welding expertise is a must.
Responsibilities:
*Establish daily, weekly, and monthly work and communicate them to employees
*Manage the workflow by assigning tasks and creating schedules according to project deadlines.
*Guide and coach team by on their production and daily activities.
*Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
*Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers
*Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
*Prepare the dra of the existing project
*Ensure that all equipment is functioning well at all times
*Ensure Technician’s optimum productivity.
*Communicate any and all changes of the vehicle.
*Must be a licensed welder
*Must have hands on welding experience
*Experienced working with car is preferable
*At least 1 year experience of working as a Worksh Supervisor or other similar position
*Must have profound experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools (welding, grinders, painting and other machinery tools)
*Strong organizational and leadership skills together with a results-driven approach
*Must have good communication skills in English Language
*Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
