Duties & Responsibilities
-Invoicing clients, preparing payments and handling petty cash
-Reviewing bank statements, bank reconciliations and managing all cash flows.
-Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and provide doentations required by auditors
-Has knowledge in filing UAE VAT
-Preparing and reviewing agreements (consignment, loan, production, etc.)
-Manage local and international logistics
-Inventory Management
-Has working knowledge in preparing condition reports, delivery notes and insurance applications
-Assisting in PRO activities and HR duties
-Overall management of day-to-day operations,
-Prepare correspondences and do secretarial work
Job Requirements:
•B.Com Graduate, must be proficient with MS Office
•At least one year experience in accounting and finance
•Mac User
•Has working knowledge in accounting system such as QuickBooks or Peachtree
•Art or Logistics experience is an advantage
•Has strong analytical and decision-making skills
•Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
