Duties & Responsibility:
Take a greater role in the day-to-day administration of the organization.
Keeping up-to-date contact details (i.e., names, addresses, and telephone numbers)
Compiling lists of names and addresses that are useful to the organization.
Responding to all committee correspondence.
Filing and updating CEO for all correspondence received and copies of replies sent.
Interaction in overseas companies through social media, email, Linkedin, etc.
Gather all the information from online research and create a database.
Price analysis for all the data gathered.
Communicate with overseas suppliers and customers.
Qualities and Skills Required
At least two years of working experience in office administrative work.
Computer proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Deal promptly with correspondence.
Be able to take accurate notes of meetings.
Be well organized, with an orderly mind.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good timekeeping.
