• Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and
other construction details.
• Referring to the architectural sketches and specifications for creating technical drawings
• Ensuring to adhere to the Dubai Municipality standards and safety regulations at all times
• Make revisions on a model based on customer requirements
• Rendering in 3D StudioMax and post-production in Photoshop
• Produce high quality atmospheric visualizations for client presentations
• Modelling 3D forms to a brief using appropriate software applications
• Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings in AutoCAD.
• Ability to prepare the perspective rendering using 3Ds max, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc..
• The candidate must know the local authority standard to prepare the drawings for submission.
• Familiarity with various architectural codes, specifications, and designs.
• Proven work experience in the Construction industry as an Architectural Draftsman, Architectural Drafter, or a similar
role.
• Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models and concepts
• Excellent drafting and mechanical skills
