Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Preparation of all equipment’s and tools necessary for chocolate processing.
2.Mis-en-place of all ingredients.
3.Following standard recipe for each chocolate product.
4.Following First-Expired-First Out method.
5.Processing of chocolate that may involve procedure such as mixing, blending, coating, filling and molding to produce quality end-product.
6.Checking shelf-life, expiration date and quality of all ingredients either raw or ready-to-use ingredients on h work station.
7.Monitoring and checking chiller, freezer and dry storage temperature.
8.Receiving and releasing customer order from each branch.
9.Receiving and checking deliveries of supplies.
10.Checking inventories and supply needed for ordering.
With NOC or transferable visa
At least 1 year experience
