Responsible for:
•Working under the directions of the Chef de Partie
•Take individual responsibility of the station assigned
•Responsible for the quality of food made in the station
•Responsible for quality and quantity controls and maintenance of set standards
•Monitor dish washing area and ensure smooth operations of the same
•Mis en place and prep
•Work in one or more of these stations (Store, grill, fryer, range, oven, salad, sandwich, dessert, and coffee)
•Perform other opening, closing, and handover duties
•Pick up store
•Maintain kitchen cleanliness
