You will be working closely with the sales team and collaborating with Contractors /Vendors to prepare a commercial proposal that meets clients' expectations. Strong analytical and negotiation skills and the ability to excel are required.

Your Job Responsibilities Includes :
1.Responsible for preparing BOQ and estimate material requirements and choosing the most appropriate materials.
2.Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope
3.Estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope Identify design and construct ability issues and analysis to determine construct ability
4.Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project
5. Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team (Engineers, consultants), and client
6.Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types
7.Determine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract doents (plans specifications, etc.)
8.Collaborate with operations staff and other estimators to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate Perform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps
9. Offer suggestions to appropriate authority for contemplated expenditures.
Graduation in Civil Engineering, Strong Communication Skills, Good English written skills, Previous experience in Door Industry is an add on.
