Manage the entire kitchen at multiple outlets and work closely with restaurant manager in the overall food and beverage operations to facilitate daily requirements. Any nationality
8-10+ years of F&B, and or Hotel experience & 5+ years of relevant experience respectively.
Strong leadership, and motivational skills
Strong people management skills and experience while coaching and monitoring the staffs competency of team members.
