We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. Key Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning and Execution
oDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with project managers.
oSupervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and timelines.
oCoordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to align on project objectives.
2.Technical Oversight
oReview engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify and resolve technical discrepancies.
oProvide technical input and guidance during all phases of the project, from planning to handover.
oConduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
3.Resource Management
oPlan and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project execution.
oCoordinate with procurement teams to source construction materials and equipment within budget and timeline constraints.
4.Quality and Safety Assurance
oImplement quality control procedures to maintain construction standards.
oEnforce safety protocols and conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
5.Cost and Schedule Management
oMonitor project expenses and track against approved budgets.
oIdentify potential schedule delays and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
6.Stakeholder Communication
oPrepare and present regular project updates to clients, consultants, and senior management.
oAct as the primary liaison for on-site issues, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
7.Problem Solving
oTroubleshoot on-site challenges and develop innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.

•Certification from Rak Municipality , or equivalent is a plus.
