As a Property Consultant, your main job responsibility is to be an intermediatory representative between real estate buyers and sellers. The company will be providing a strong support system through proper guidance, qualified leads, strong marketing & administrative support to ensure that our consultants are focused solely on their client’s needs.

Job Responsibilities:
• Establish good working relationships with investors, sellers, landlords, tenants and represent them in real estate transactions.
• Keep up-to-date and relevant to real estate market trends, conditions, and values.
• Provides consultation and guidance to clients to optimize their investments or options.
• Liaise negotiation process between the seller and buyer, landlord and tenant in fair and honest dealing.
• Display and promote properties to possible clients through advertisements, open houses, virtual or physical viewings, and listing services.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge in finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.
• Represents clients with all integrity and remarkable professionalism.
• Achieves the sales target and drives revenue growth for the company.
• Strictly complies with the company’s dress code policy.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-year UAE experience in sales
• Real Estate knowledge and experience
• Good communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
