Job Description

Qrar Properties is a newly launched real estate agency located in Al Barsha 1 behind Emirates Mall, our core business is the provision of services that caters to our client’s unique needs in residential, commercial, and industrial which includes land for various usage.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with excellent accounting and admin skills to join our real estate company. If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity to join our team as an Admin and Accounts Officer.


Candidate Requirements

Desired Candidate Responsibilities:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Accountant and Admin immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and performing accounting duties to ensure the smooth running of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent administrative and accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate experience is required (minimum 1 year)
Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing), Arabic will be a Plus
Knowledge of CRM Systems & Other Accounting Softwares
File and update the contact information of employees.
Knowledge in Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut portals, etc.
Prepare listings, Verifications and Trakheesi Permit.
Preparing Forms such as (MOU, Tenancy Contract, Form A, B, I, & U)
Strong follow-up skills on given tasks and lead management
Property Developer registration, renewals, and gathering materials.
Manage day-to-day needs like office supplies, petty cash, inventory, and
Maintenance of paper and digital filing.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Good at drafting business lette
Managing Employees Monthly Salary + Commissions in WPS System
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Manage petty cash and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to place orders and manage inventory. Perform other duties as assigned.


What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
