• Dubai Real Estate experience preferred
• Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
• Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
• Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
• Meet with custome face to face or over the phone
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
• Resourceful and sales-driven- with creative selling strategies
• Has flair in speaking and sales presentations
• Highly independent and results-oriented
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• 1 - 2 years relevant work experience or similar field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Friendly and personable demeanor.
• Must have UAE Driver’s License
• With RERA card preferred
