Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the secondary market real estate portfolio, including distressed properties acquired through foreclosure, short sales, or other similar processes.
Evaluate potential properties for acquisition, conducting due diligence, and assessing investment viability and risks.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the value and profitability of acquired properties.
Coordinate and oversee property inspections, appraisals, and evaluations to determine property condition and potential improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure compliance with all legal requirements, regulations, and disclosures related to secondary market real estate transactions.
Liaise with real estate agents, brokers, and contractors to facilitate property sales, renovations, or repairs as necessary.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, market conditions, and opportunities for investment and growth.
Negotiate and manage contracts, leases, and agreements with buyers, sellers, and service providers.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and industry professionals.
Monitor and manage the financial performance of the secondary market real estate portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
