Key Accountabilities:
• In charge of prescribing the company’s products to consultants & clients
• Find the best fit and most profitable technical solution to match the requirements of the specification.
• Initiate and control pre-qualification process with allocated consultants and designers.
• Communicate specification detail, Project detail and successful contractor information to sales force.
• Liaise closely with Sales team and ensure that all projects are followed up with the successful contractors.
• Keep track of upcoming projects and provide lead to Sales team in advance
• Analyze need for, conceptualize and create BTL material followed by evaluation and regeneration.
• Develop and maintain excellent relation with Clients, developers and Consultants.
• Read and interpret Electrical drawings and specification.
• Maintain good relations with ministries, consultants, utilities, and End Users.
• Study and document the market variables and the position of El Sewedy and competitors in the market as part of the country business plan.
• Assuring Product Approvals & Company vendor listing.
• Collaborate with the Direct Marketing Manager to strategize, develop & maintain strong presence for Elsewedy Electric across all channels.
