Job Summary
The Sales and Outreach Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and managing partnerships, increasing enrollments, and expanding the organization’s presence in the education market. This role combines strategic planning, sales execution, and community outreach to promote competitive exams like SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, IELTS and language training to prospective students, parents, schools, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
•Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
•Identify and target new market opportunities and client segments, including schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
•Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
•Track and analyze sales data, preparing regular reports on performance and market trends.
Outreach and Relationship Building
•Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and community organizations.
•Organize and participate in events, seminars, fairs and workshops to promote educational programs.
•Act as a liaison between the organization and educational stakeholders to address needs and provide solutions.
•Foster partnerships with influencers in the education sector, including school counselors, teachers, and decision-makers.
Team Management and Collaboration
•Lead, mentor, and manage a sales and outreach team to meet performance goals.
•Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns for program promotion.
•Coordinate with program and curriculum teams to stay updated on offerings and tailor pitches accordingly.


Customer Engagement and Support
•Provide consultations to prospective clients (students, parents, schools) to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
•Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Market Research and Innovation
•Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and emerging educational needs.
•Recommend and implement innovative approaches to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications
Educational Background
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience
•Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or outreach, preferably in the education industry.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
•Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
•Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
•Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales platforms.
•Knowledge of the education industry, including programs, trends, and regulations.
