Education : Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: - Minimum 10 years experience
(3 Years in UAE)
Responsibilities:
- Preparing commercial and technical tenders submittal.
- Preparing Variation Orders.
- Preparing cost comparison and Cost Analysis, Cost Control and Contracts
-Reporting to company management about projects' Financial Status
- Liaison with clients on commercial and subcontract aspects.
- Budget projection
- Critically analyses bid doents, assesses risk and opportunities and conveys same to the management.
- Develop unit costs accurately.
-Monitoring actual costs vs. estimated costs, monitoring project cost history
-Build Effective relationships with customers and design teams.
