Responsibility:
• High Follow-up with clients on a regular basis is a must
• Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately
• Manage and respond to leads in a timely manner;
• Achieve sales targe set by in Employment Contract
• Good communication skills and presentable. Must need to have strong interpersonal skills.
• To meet their monthly target and drive sales and work independently.
• Must be ambitious and hardworking. Strong work of ethics. Professional, organized, honest and presentable.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the Dubai Secondary Real Estate Brokerage market.
• Proven record delivering sales for a UAE brokerage.
• Valid UAE driving's license
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and inspired to succeed
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with a focus on personal development
• Languages: French, German, Russian, Italian, Turkish, English, Chinese, Spanish
