Responsibilities:

3. Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu to assist customers in making informed choices. Be able to answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
4. Up-selling: Suggest additional items, specials, or desserts to enhance the customer's dining experience and increase sales.
5. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and ensuring cleanliness in the dining area.
6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to provide efficient and seamless service.
7. Handling Payments: Process customer payments, issue receipts, and give accurate change. Ensure the integrity and security of all financial transactions.
8. Customer Feedback: Solicit feedback from customers and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
9. Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: Prior experience as a waiter is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate order taking and delivery.
