Handle and screen incoming calls relating to real estate deals.
Manage and monitor lease administration from both the sides of landlord and tenant.
Maintain and organize real estate documents, agreements and lease records.
Maintain and manage client database with details of deals, contracts and payments.
Assist and support a team of real estate agents in capturing new business.\
Maintaining up to date financial records of lease properties, Inc. lease rental incomes, maintenance expenses - Ensure timely receipt of rental incomes.
Peparation of Ejari's etc.
Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls
Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
Adhere to RERA rules and regulations
Excellent knowledge in CRM software’s
Experience with Trakheesi & Dubai REST application
At least 1 year of experience as an admin in a Real Estate industry
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of software tools like One Drive, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of our team
