Our Company is looking for a Receptionist Admin Assistant Female:
Job Description:
• Deal with the overall office operations including processing of important doents
• Follow up with the clients through email communications and calling for sales purpose
• General administrative duties and preparing a business corresponden to respond queries
• Maintain Call Records database for all incomi calls
• Marking the daily attendance for all Company Employees
• Ensuring stocks availability and inventory accurateness and arranging office stationary and supplies
• Filing the office doentation
• Execute the special tasks from the Management
• Assist Office Manager and HR department
• Monitoring Administration works
Minimum Qualification requirement:
• Fresh Graduates, Interns or bachelor degree in relevant fields
• Fluent English – speaking & typing, Arabic is an advantage
• Microsoft Office advanced user
Personal Requirements:
• Multitasking, team working and great communications skills
• At least between 20 to 30 years old
• Ability to Report to Sales Team, HR and to Management
• Self-driven, confident and positive attitude
• Problem solving and results orientation attitude
• Patient and calm personality
• Quick responder in stressful situations
• Ready to work under Management and stressful environment
