Key responsibilities include:
1) Pre-sales and post-sales coordination (preparing quotes, follow up, etc)
2) Customer retention and generation of planned revenue from existing customers
3) Plan, Schedule and Coordinate field services and installations
4) Timely payment follow up and collection
5) Timely preparation & execution of Service Contracts and AMCs (new and renewal)
6) Direct and supervise field service team
7) Maintain an active and cordial relationship with clients
8) Handle all client concerns efficiently and effectively
9) Prospect for future business opportuniti with existing clients
10) Maintain service doentation system
11) Pre-sales and post-sales support (doentation & communication)
12) Secretarial support to Managing Director
13) Office Administration
Looking for a highly organized, smart, intelligent, warm, flexible and proactive person with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), outstanding telephone skills (for outbound calls), keen attention to details and good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM), interested in building a career in Sales Coordination / Administration with a growing company. Should be able to do multi tasking, and handle a range of activities efficiently & independently.
