Executive Secretary To CEO
Salary: 4,000 - 5,000 AED

Job location: Dubai, UAE
Job Role:
Plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEOs schedule runs effectively, acting as the gatekeeper to his diary.
Manage all incoming correspondence (emails, post, telephone calls), organizing in a systematic way.
Complete a broad range of administrative tasks for the CEO for both business and personal matters.
Communicate to the team and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Composing and preparing correspondence, reports, memos, other document.
Organizing air tickets, hotels and meetings for Chairman, Board Members & CEO for their overseas trips.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Female, 35 years old and below
Preferably wearing Hijab
Any nationalities with Arabic and English speaker
At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive with a demanding diary
Work experience in the UAE is an advantage
Must have an understanding of business priorities and an interest in detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic in both written and oral is a must
Able to translate documents or letters from English to Arabic and vice versa
Has strong interpersonal skills
